Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sells $70 million LA mansion after new sex trafficking case

Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly sold his Holmby Hills mansion in Los Angeles, California for a whopping $70 million.

Notably, this is the same estate that the Department of Homeland Security raided in March 2024 in connection with an ongoing investigation into Diddy’s ties to an alleged sex trafficking ring.

OK! Magazine reports that the rap mogul bought the mansion for $40 million in 2014 and is now selling it for $70 million.

“Diddy’s friends and neighbors on both coasts are questioning what he was doing behind closed doors to be able to carry out such an aggressive raid,” a source said of the property. “There are rumors of assaults, human trafficking and a torture chamber.”

Additionally, 24/7 armed security forces were deployed to patrol his property, raising questions about what he was hiding.

“The federal police broke into safes, searched through wardrobes full of designer clothes – everything was scattered to look for evidence,” the source added.

Page Six reports that the mansion has 17,000 square feet of living space, eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a 35-seat theater, a gym and a wine room.

There’s also a 3,000-square-foot guesthouse, a lagoon-style pool with an underwater swimming tunnel, a half basketball court, and manicured gardens.

Diddy was also recently named in another high-profile lawsuit, accusing him of luring people into sex trafficking. Documents obtained by TMZ reveal that model Adria English and her boyfriend met the rapper in 2004 while auditioning for a modeling job.

During the audition, English claimed that Diddy asked her to perform oral sex on him, but she refused. However, she was offered by Diddy that her partner would have a chance at his career in exchange for her being a “go-go dancer” at Diddy’s infamous white party in 2004.

English eventually relented, and she became a fixture at Combs’ parties, where she was expected to flirt with guests and drink alcohol laced with ecstasy. Things took a turn, however, when Combs directed her to have sex with celebrity jeweler Jacob Arabo, who is also named in the lawsuit.

As of this writing, Diddy and his legal team have yet to respond to the allegations English has leveled against the rapper.
