Taylor Swift appears to throw shade at Ex Joe Alwyn by launching ‘Murder Mashup’ at Eras Tour Liverpool

Joe Alwyn has broken his silence about his split from Taylor Swift more than a year after their split, and many fans have pointed out that the pop star may have been shading her ex-boyfriend during the Eras show Her tour in Liverpool.

The musician debuted the mashup of “Carolina” and “No Body No Crime” during the acoustic portion of her concert at Anfield Stadium.

“This, I’m going to call this ‘murderous collab,’” she said before the crowd roared.

Many fans took to social media to share their speculations about the song “No Body No Crime” by Always revolves around a woman who kills her husband who cheated on her. On the other hand, “Carolina”, a song from the movie Where the Crawdads sing, about a woman suspected of killing her ex-boyfriend.

“Her husband acts different and it smells like an affair / They think she did it but they can’t prove it / She thinks I did it but she can’t prove it / No, no dead bodies, no criminals,” The pop star sang the first song.

“And suddenly the killer mashup now makes sense. Good for her,” one person wrote on social media, adding that Swift singing the songs before performing in London was “hysterical” for her friend Her ex-boyfriend was born in the UK.

At the time of writing, the singer has not explicitly revealed whether the songs are dedicated to Alwyn or not.

In other reports, the pop star fought back tears during Saturday’s performance as she was visibly emotional while performing “Champagne Problem.”

The recent news comes after Joe Alwyn broke his silence in an interview with the Times in which he opened up about his split from the pop star.

“I hope that anyone and everyone can empathize and understand the difficulties that come with ending a long, loving and fulfilling relationship of over six and a half years,” he said.

He noted that it was difficult to navigate and found it “unusual and unusual” for the outside world to share their views on their romance just a week after their breakup.

The actor added that their breakup was suddenly thrown into “unreal spaces” such as social networks, newspapers, and tabloids where many people speculated.
