Taylor Swift Can’t Believe Simone Biles Used ‘Ready For It’ Song For Her Gymnastics Workout

Taylor Swift can’t believe American gymnast and Olympic champion Simone Biles used her song “Ready For It?” for her routine at the 2024 U.S. Olympic Gymnastics Trials.

Biles kicked off her floor routine with the iconic Reputation, which got many Swifties and Mama Swift excited.

“I watched it so many times and I’m still not ready. But she is ready,” Swift replied on X, formerly Twitter, in a clip of the entire performance shared by NBC Olympics & Paralympics.

Biles started her routine with an instrumental version of “Ready For It?” — performing a triple-double, a move many consider “the world’s most difficult somersault pass.”

Notably, this move has become Biles’s signature. She made history when she became the first woman to perform this move at the 2019 USA Gymnastics Championships in Kansas City.

Swift fans were thrilled by Swift’s reaction to Biles’ performance, which included Travis Scott’s “Delresto (Echoes)” and featured Beyoncé.

“Oh Taylor supports Simone! We would love to see that!” a Swiftie shared.

“Two absolute queens take the golden Simione,” another commented.

“MOM, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. THANK YOU FOR BEING AMAZING,” said a third.

One person shared: “Yes queen thank you mom for winning gold for USA gymnastics after winning the NFL tayvoodoo taylympics iktr Rep TV literally.”

As for Swift, she will perform Tuesday night at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland. Before kicking off her sold-out three-night show in Ireland on June 28, 2024, Swift received a warm welcome from Irish band U2.

On Instagram Story, Swift shared a photo of the beautiful bouquet of flowers she received from U2.

“Dear Taylor, welcome back to our homeland… Leave us alone for a moment, will you?!!!!” the letter read, signed by The Edge, Bono, Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen Jr., current members of U2.

As for Swift, she seemed pleased with the welcome and thanked her “Irish Fan Club.”

“Feeling the hospitality!!” she wrote, along with an Irish flag emoji. “@u2, thanks for always being the classiest and most amazing!”
