The 43-year-old singer was charged with driving while intoxicated and fined for two traffic violations. His mugshot has since been released and publicly mocked on social media, especially for his bloodshot eyes after his arrest.

The singer was finally released without bail on Tuesday morning. As of this writing, Timberlake’s team has yet to address the recent controversial arrest.
Unbeknownst to many people, Timberlake has a history of drug use, as he once admitted to being “completely addicted” to drugs 18 years before his arrest.
“I’ve been on too many drugs. I’ve been inhaling them and I’ve been… who knows?” Timberlake told Observer Music Monthly in 2006, as reported by Today. “I was like everyone else, I was completely high, I did quite a bit of drugs and I was caught with my pants down.”
At that time, Timberlake’s confidence was higher as he pointed out that he was just “making sure there were no cameras around.”

Daily Mail insiders say Timberlake was out to eat with friends at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor when police spotted him.
“[Timberlake] went out to dinner with friends and police cars were stationed outside the restaurant like most nights,” the insider said. “They looked for people who left after midnight and may have been drinking.”

At one point, Timberlake’s friends called the police to release the 10-time Grammy Award-winning singer. It’s worth noting that the captor was so young that he didn’t recognize Timberlake at all.
“He didn’t recognize him or his name,” one of the insiders revealed. “Justin whispered: ‘This is going to ruin the tour.’ The police replied: ‘Which trip?’ Justin said, ‘World tour.'”
Although Timberlake asserted that he only drank one martini, the complaint listed him as “unable to divide his attention,” “slowly speaking,” “unsteady on his feet and even” performing poor on all standardized field sobriety tests.
Timberlake’s court date has been set for July 26, 2024, but the agency reported that Timberlake will not have to attend the hearing.
