Michael Jackson’s accusers claim pop star had ‘sexually provocative’ photos of children: Report

Michael Jackson’s accusers, Wade Robson and James Safechuck have launched a stern legal response against the pop star’s estate after coming under fire for their explosive allegations.

It was reported in Touch Weekly that Robson and Safechuck claimed that Jackson had “sexually provocative” photos of children he claimed to have had “sleeps over” in the past.

In new legal documents obtained by the agency, John Carpenter, Robson and Safechuck’s new legal counsel, objected to the asset management agency’s request that he stop criticizing Jackson in the press.

In response, Carpenter claimed that Jackson’s estate had filed a “stunt motion” in which it “did not seek any specific relief but merely to attract attention and cause prejudice.” ​for the courts as well as the public against them.”

In May 2024, the estate asked the court to order Carpenter to stop negatively portraying Jackson in the press.

“Plaintiff’s new attorney, John Carpenter, has been on a press tour, making multiple statements about this case to multiple media outlets. Mr. Carpenter’s statements are not simple reports of rather, he was making inflammatory statements and allegations that were likely to cause significant material harm to the jury. jury in this case in favor of his client and against Defendant,” the motion reads.

According to the estate, Carpenter’s actions were “contrary to the impartial administration of justice.”

In an interview recorded by this newspaper, Carpenter allegedly attacked the filmmakers of the upcoming Michael Jackson biopic, Michael.

“[The estate’s] The only way to live and survive is to make money,” Carpenter argued. “And so the movie is just part of their effort to reclaim and rewrite the history of Michael Jackson and what he I did it to James, Wade, and the other kids.”

Carpenter argues that producers and production companies are attempting to rewrite history by portraying the late pop star in a positive light, effectively rebutting the harsh accusations against him, including allegations of having sex with underage children, which Robson and Safechuck said they were a part of. .

In 2013, Safechuck and Robson sued the family over allegations of abuse by the singer. In the lawsuit, they claimed that they were abused as early as age 10 and 7, and that this continued for many years. They claimed that Jackson asked them to hang out more and that the alleged abuse began during the 1988 Bad Tour.
