Ticket sales for Pearl Jam’s UK concert have been disappointing, with prices causing concern for potential attendees, according to CelebrityAccess.

The original premium standing ticket price was an unbelievable £249.45, while even seats at the back of the venue were set at £125.

Tickets for a standing position at the front of the stage can be purchased through the secondary market for £155.25. At the band’s upcoming gig at Manchester’s new Co-op Live venue, the most affordable tickets start from £92.50, with general admission priced at £166.

Promotional television ads were recently aired to boost attendance at the London event. In a last-ditch effort to boost occupancy, LiveNation, the event’s organiser, slashed ticket prices to £49.20 plus booking fees.

In a typical scenario, such action would be considered a positive change. However, fans who bought tickets at full price have criticized the discounted price as unfair, The Sun reported.
