Sean ‘Diddy’ briefly deletes Instagram, including apology for Cassie attack: ‘Strategic’ response to ex-bodyguard’s revelations?”

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs deleted his entire Instagram page earlier on Thursday amid legal troubles and ongoing sexual assault lawsuits.

The 54-year-old rapper has deleted all photos and videos from his account, including an apology video to Cassie shared last May. This has led many to speculate that he regrets his social media actions over the past months, especially when he mentioned the assault video.

However, sources informed TMZ on Friday that the move was not “strategic” and was not intended as a jab at his ex, Cassie. According to insiders, Diddy decided to delete his page just to ‘reset’ his posts, a practice he has done before.

As for the apology video, sources clarified that although it was deleted from his account, it was still available online after being uploaded.

Additionally, sources informed TMZ that Diddy’s apology video was sincere after the tape of Cassie’s assault was released last May.

With 19.9 million followers to date, Combs’ social media following has dropped significantly from 45.6 million in April. Immediately after receiving tributes on Valentine’s Day Father from his children on Instagram last weekend, Diddy decided to delete all posts.

The record producer, who recently returned his ceremonial key to New York City at the request of Mayor Eric Adams, chose not to post on social media, but most of his children did. share messages with their father.

His son Justin, 30, who he shares with Misa Hylton, used his Instagram story to share throwback photos of him with the “Coming Home” rapper.

His daughter, Chance, 18, who he shares with Sarah Chapman, also posts her own Instagram stories. She shared a black and white photo taken with her father on the boat, along with the caption: “Happy Father’s Day! I love you so much, dad.”

His twins, Jessie and D’Lila, posted on their joint account, sharing a photo with Diddy and their siblings. They wrote: “Happy Father’s Day to the best dad in the worldddddddd. We love you so much.”

This surprising move on social networks comes after former bodyguard Roger Bonds revealed everything he knew about Diddy in a series of video interviews with VladTV.

For example, in Part 20 of the interview, Bonds recalls contacting Cassie’s close friend Kerry Morgan after discovering he was mentioned in the singer’s lawsuit against Diddy. According to Bonds, Morgan informed him during that time that she had not been in contact with Cassie since 2018.

Morgan alleged that Diddy threw a wooden hanger at her, resulting in a concussion, and claimed that Cassie failed to assist her during that incident. As a result, Morgan explained that she stopped communicating with Cassie completely.

Bonds explained that in the lawsuit, Cassie accused Diddy of assaulting one of her friends and paying fifty thousand dollars to silence her. After speaking with Morgan, Bonds deduced that she must be the friend mentioned in the lawsuit because it was a wonder why she didn’t speak out about the concussion.
