‘Taylor Is Dead’ song disgusts Charli XCX: Singer accuses Taylor Swift of hating her concert

Charli XCX refuses to accept her anti-Taylor Swift fans.

A viral X video shows Charli XCX performing at her album release party in São Paulo, Brazil. At one point in the clip, the audience can be heard shouting: “A Taylor Morreu”, which is believed to mean “Taylor is dead”.

“Hey @charli_xcx, your Brazilian fans have shown toxic behavior by shouting “Taylor is dead!” during concerts and events involving you. Can you do something about it? no? We don’t believe music should be about that. @taylornation13 please pay attention to that,” the user captioned the post, tagging Charlie XCX.

A few hours later, the “Von Dutch” singer addressed the issue in an Instagram story, saying she would not “tolerate” this behavior.

“Can people who do this stop online or at my shows,” she said. “It’s the opposite of what I want and it makes me nervous that anyone would think there’s a place for this in this community. I won’t tolerate it.”

Charlie XCX opened for Swift’s Reputation Stadium Tour in 2018. However, fans speculate that she created her kid song “Sympathy is a Knife” is about “The Tortured Poets Department” singer and her past relationship with Matty Healy, the now engaged The 1975 frontman.

After the release of the clip, a Reddit thread in popculturechat collected comments from Internet users.

Charli XCX fans have attacked the “So Long, London” singer following the release of the track’s UK-exclusive digital variant. The poet group was tortured the same week that the previous person shared kid. They accused Swift of blocking Charli XCX from being #1.
