Early life
Ugo Nwoke was born into the respected Nwoke family on August 20, 1985, in Awo-Omamma, Imo State, Nigeria. His full name, Ugochukwu Emmanuel Nwoke, reflects his Southeastern Nigerian heritage and Igbo ethnicity. “Ugochukwu” means “Eagle of God“, can be understood as “God’s crown” or “Glory to God.”
Hailing from the oil-rich town of Awo-Omamma in Imo State, Ugo spent his childhood years there with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nwoke, his loving siblings and many extended family members.
