Justin Timberlake sells 127-acre ranch for $8 million amid poor concert ticket sales: Report

Justin Timberlake reportedly sold his 127-acre property in Tennessee before being arrested for drunk driving.

Radar Online’s sources have revealed that the sale comes amid falling ticket sales for his upcoming tour. The outlet notes that Timberlake listed his home for $10 million, located 20 miles outside of Nashville, but he only sold it for $8 million.

This expansive property offers horseback riding trails, lush meadows, and picturesque mountain views. The Sun reports that court documents reveal that the property is described as “underdeveloped”.

Although the asking price was $10 million, he sold it for $8 million. That’s still a huge profit for him considering he bought it for $4 million in 2015.

Notably, Timberlake chooses a modest lifestyle. Architectural Digest reported that Timberlake sold his Hollywood Hills mansion for $35 million in 2021 and his Tribeca penthouse for $21 million in 2022.

Timberlake’s financial efforts were reviewed following his controversial arrest in Sag Harbor, Long Island, New York, on June 18, 2024.

Timberlake was eating with friends at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor before driving away. Police stationed outside the hotel discovered and followed him.

“[Timberlake] went out to dinner with friends and police cars were stationed outside the restaurant like most other nights,” an insider told The Daily Mail. “They looked for people leaving after midnight and possibly drank alcohol.”

He was charged with driving while intoxicated and charged with two traffic violations. The singer was finally released without bail on Tuesday morning.

Although Timberlake asserted that he only drank one martini, the complaint listed him as “unable to divide his attention,” “slowly speaking,” “unsteady on his feet and even” performing poor on all standardized field sobriety tests.

Page Six reported more details about the arresting officer’s interaction.

At one point, Timberlake’s friends told the police to let the *NSYNC leader go. It’s worth noting that the captor was so young that he didn’t recognize Timberlake.

“He didn’t recognize him or his name,” one of the insiders revealed. “Justin whispered: ‘This is going to ruin the tour.’ The police replied: ‘Which trip?’ Justin said, ‘World tour.'”
