The news recently came after police stopped the 43-year-old musician after he left the American Hotel in Sag Harbor. At the time, he was driving his gray BMW 2025.

The “Mirrors” hitmaker was charged with drunk driving and fined for running a stop sign.

Court records say the singer claimed he only had “one martini” that night and followed his friends home, but he refused to take three breathalyzer tests.

A field sobriety test was then conducted which he failed.

Regardless, an insider told Page Six that the singer was cooperative and did not express any vested interests.

“He’s a gentleman… He hasn’t shown any entitlement. He’s refused the tests, but that’s his right,” the source noted.

The police officer who stopped him also didn’t seem to notice, and the singer later commented on his ongoing concert, “This is going to ruin the tour.”

According to a source who spoke to the agency, the musician was “wasted” before his arrest, at one point even snatching a drink from a stranger going to the bathroom.

“When [the man] come back, [Timberlake] drinking his drink… The guy said, ‘Justin, that’s my drink!'” the insider said.

It seems like the singer’s arrest won’t hinder any of his concerts as he hasn’t canceled any shows for the next few months.

He is scheduled to perform at the United Center in Chicago, IL, for the first time since his arrest on June 21, 2024. Details about his upcoming shows are available on his official website.
